How much will it cost to ship my order?

When your online order is received it is placed in a quote status for review by one of our sales representatives. We check the order over and calculate an estimate of shipping costs based on the size & weight of your item(s). If we find that an item is going to incur unusual shipping costs (heavy or very large items) we will contact you to notify you of the shipping costs before we proceed with the order.

Note: If you would like a firm freight quote or require a lift gate at the time of delivery or other special requirements, please note them in the special instructions box at the time of checkout or Contact Us.

  • Most Items that are under 70 lbs. will ship UPS.
  • Items over 70 lbs., such as motors and engines will generally ship LTL.

If I don't own a business - will you still sell to me?

To protect our distributor network, Dultmeier only sells to other businesses.


How Can I Track An Order?

If we have a valid email address on file for you, at the time your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will display your shipment's UPS tracking number(s). Shipments by truck or drop shipments will not display tracking numbers in the shipping confirmation email. Click here if you are not receiving shipping confirmations to your email address.

Alternatively, you may go to View Account (link is at the top of each web page) and select Track an Order from the options on the right side of the screen. After filling out and submitting the requested information you will be sent an e-mail showing your order status and UPS tracking data the next time our server is updated.


I am getting the error message "Cookies Not Enabled"

If you are getting the error message "Cookies not Enabled" or you are having problems adding products to your shopping cart, please make sure you have cookies enabled. Cookies are small files stored on your PC that identify you to our site. Dultmeier.com uses cookies only to personalize your shopping experience, making it more efficient. Most browsers have a default setting to accept cookies automatically; however, your browser may have been configured not to accept cookies. Please contact your internet service provider for help with this issue.

If you choose to not enable cookies, please call Dultmeier at 1-888-677-5054, Fax: 402-333-5546 or e-mail your order in.


Why can't I add items to my shopping cart?

If you are using the Catalog Quick Order from the left side of the website navigation, make sure you click on "Add Above to Cart" or "Add More Lines" when you are done entering part numbers and quantities.

If you are having problems adding products to your shopping cart, please make sure you have cookies enabled (see topic above "Cookies not Enabled")

How Do I Log-In?

Logging in on dultmeier.com requires that you have previously set up your online account using your account number.

If you are new to Dultmeier, the first time you place an order we will issue you an account number that you may use to set up your password protected account on dultmeier.com.

Where do I Find My Customer Number (Account Number)

If you have a printed catalog from us, your customer number may be shown on the back outside cover (7 or 10 digits). Otherwise, please call us at 1-888-677-5054 between 8 a.m. & 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Your customer number is the same for on-line orders as it is for phone, fax or mail orders.

New customers are assigned a customer number at time of purchase. Order & Shipping Confirmation Emails will display your new customer number as well as the invoice you will receive.

How do I Apply for an Open Account with Dultmeier Sales?

Click on the Forms link on the left side navigation. Print and fill out the Commercial Account Application Form.

What is Catalog Quick Order?

Catalog Quick Order is for use by customers who know their Dultmeier part numbers and are ready to order without searching and selecting items individually via browsing the website. Anyone may use this feature at any time by entering a quantity and Dultmeier Sales catalog part number in the fields provided.

I am not getting emails from dultmeier@dultmeier.com

First please check your email program's "spam" or "junk" folders for emails from dultmeier@dultmeier.com. You can prevent valid emails from ending up in the spam or junk folders by adding dultmeier@dultmeier.com to your email program's address book.

If you continue to have problems, please Contact Us so we may check the email we have on file for you.

When you place an order with Dultmeier Sales you should receive two emails, the first is a summary of the order you placed with us, the second is a confirmation that your order has been shipped. Shipping confirmation emails for orders that have shipped via UPS will usually contain tracking information.

We also send emails announcing new products or special prices 2-3 times a year. Please sign up if you have not already done so.
