How much will it cost to ship my order?
When your online order is received it is placed in a quote status for review by one of our sales representatives. We check the order over and calculate shipping costs at that time. If we find that an item is going to incur unusual shipping costs (heavy or very large items) we will contact you to notify you of the shipping costs before we proceed with the order. You can always call us at 1-888-677-5054 (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST) or e-mail us for a freight quote.

To protect our distributor network, Dultmeier only sells to other businesses.

How Can I Track An Order?
Regardless of how your order is placed (phone, email, website, etc.), and if we have a valid email address on file for you, at the time your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number on it. Click here if you are not receiving shipping confirmations to your email address.

Alternatively, you may go to View Account (link is at the top of each web page) and select Track an Order from the options on the right side of the screen. After filling out and submitting the requested information you will be sent an e-mail showing your order status and UPS tracking data the next time our server is updated.

How Do I Log-In?
You may log-in at any time by clicking on the Log In link from the left side navigation links, or you may wait to log-in until you add your first item to your shopping cart. You are not required to log in and may bypass logging in when you check out by choosing the "Purchase with Credit Card or C.O.D. or Bank Wire" option on the "Please Choose a Checkout Option" screen.

When logging in you must provide your customer number and a password. If you are logging in for the first time, click on the link on the log-in page that says "First time users create your own password now." and follow the instructions to choose a password. You do not have to wait for your e-mail confirmation to continue shopping or to make a purchase.

Why should I Log-In?
Customers who log-in will be granted the ability to charge to their Dultmeier Sales Open Account (if they have one) upon purchase of web items. Also, if you have listed with us multiple ship-to addresses you will be given the option to auto-fill in your ship-to.

Where do I Find My Customer Number (Account Number)
If you have a printed catalog from us, your customer number may be shown on the back outside cover (7 or 10 digits). Otherwise, please call us at 1-888-677-5054 between 8 a.m. & 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Your customer number is the same for on-line orders as it is for phone, fax or mail orders.

How do I Apply for an Open Account with Dultmeier Sales?
Click on the Forms link on the left side navigation. Print and fill out the Commercial Account Application Form (pdf). Fax or Mail the form to Dultmeier Sales. We will then e-mail your customer number to you; please allow 1-2 working days. Credit references may be requested.

Please note that you may always order any time by using your credit card or C.O.D.

How do I Return an item(s)?
If for any reason a return is necessary, please advise us of the reason for the return. Please fill out the Return Goods Form and submit it with a copy of your invoice showing proof of purchase. Return via UPS or Parcel Post insured. Please contact us if the item is too large and needs to be returned via freight line. A restocking charge may be issued if your order has been filled correctly or is returned more than 1 year from the date of purchase. All returns should be insured for your protection. Used merchandise may be repaired and returned at the vendor's discretion instead of replaced or credited.

NOTE: Equipment must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated prior to return - OSHA Regulations! MSDS and Decontamination Statement are required. Contact us before returning any unit.

International Returns: Returns must be made through insured Parcel Post or our Customs Broker. Contact us for instructions before making any return or shipment into the U.S. Be sure to insure your return.

Go to View Account and select Changed Your E-Mail Address? Fill out the required fields so that we may e-mail you when your new e-mail has been activated (Please note that the E-mail reply will be sent to your "new" e-mail address and not to your "old" one).

What is Catalog Quick Order?
Catalog Quick Order is for use by customers who know their part numbers and are ready to order without searching and selecting items individually via browse/shop. Anyone may use this feature at any time by entering a quantity and Dultmeier Sales catalog part number in the fields provided. If you require multiple entry fields, just click on the "Add More Fields" link.

I am not getting emails from dultmeier@dultmeier.com
When you place an order with Dultmeier Sales you should receive two emails, the first is a summary of the order you placed with us, the second is a confirmation that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. We also send emails announcing new products or special prices 2-3 times a year.

The only way to ensure you are receiving all of your important account information and special offers from Dultmeier Sales is to add the following e-mail address to your personal address book:
dultmeier@dultmeier.com

If you are not sure how to add the dultmeier@dultmeier.com e-mail to your address book, please contact your Internet Service Provider directly for additional help.
