To ensure that you have a secure shopping experience, we employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) from GoDaddy.com. SSL encrypts sensitive data submitted to our site. We never sell or rent any of the information you provide us with to third parties.
Orders and catalog requests are held in-house for four days for emergency retrieval purposes only, then are purged from the system.
What Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide us with when you use the Dultmeier.com web site. This information includes the password that you choose when you log-in using your Dultmeier Sales Customer Number (Logging-In enables existing customers to charge to their Open Account if they have one), and gives them the option to select from multiple shipping addresses (if they have more than one) upon checkout). All new customers who do not log-in are assigned a customer number with which we associate your billing and shipping addresses, e-mail address, phone number and any other information you provide us with the intent to make sure your order gets to you in a timely manner. We also collect e-mail addresses in order to occasionally send you web specials, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
How we use your personal information
We never sell or rent any of the information you provide us with to third parties.
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
- to complete your purchase transactions
- to provide the services you request
- to send you our catalogs and other offerings through the mail
- to occasionally send web specials if you so choose
- to contact you about the status of your order
When you make a credit card transaction we collect your name, your billing address for the card, the card type, number and expiration date. We also collect information that allows us to ship your order, i.e. name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s).
If you subscribe to e-mail specials, you will occasionally receive e-mail specials from us. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Controlling the use of your personal information
If at any time you would like to change or update your personal preferences, i.e. passwords, e-mail addresses and subscribing or unsubscribing to e-mails from Dultmeier Sales, simply go to View Account page and select what you wish to do.
Please do not share your Dultmeier.com password with anyone. For your security we will not provide your password over the phone to anyone. You may at any time go to View Account > Forgot Your Password? and by giving us your customer number and e-mail address we will e-mail you your password.
Dultmeier Sales reserves the right to amend the above privacy policy at any time. Any significant changes will be posted in the area of the site where applicable to users.
