DEMA COMPRESSED AIR FOAMER: For Self-service foam brush applications. The 620 foam brush kit includes the essential parts needed to set up a reliable system for delivering foam through a car wash brush.

Kit includes two DEMA 401P solenoids for air and water, 200-3C in-line detergent injector, 8-feet of vinyl injector tubing, S2B water line strainer and 93-27 foam generator specially designed for this service. Soap can be fed directly from the shipping container drum into the injector. Feed rate is adjustable. Eliminates the need for a separate holding tank for soap solution. Kit does not include brush or wand, hose, pipe plumbing or electrical fittings.

Water Flow: 0.2 GPM @ 40-PSI. Air Flow: 1-SCFM @ 40-PSI. Use 50 VA transformer or larger. Use no more than 75 feet of 3/8" ID hose between foam generator and brush.
