STATION FEATURES
• PUMPS: Direct-drive or Pulley-drive CAT Plunger Pumps are standard. (HYPRO • GENERAL • AR • GIANT are also available).
• ELECTRICAL PANELS: High quality, solid state controls for long trouble-free service. (UL Listed).
• STAINLESS STEEL SUPPLY TANKS.
• MOTOR: 3 or 5 HP, 230 Volt, TEFC, Single or Three phase. (208/460 Volt also available).
• TANK HEATER in water tank on stacked units.
• SOLENOID VALVES: Stainless Steel solenoid valves for both soap and wax lines. Double inlet design for hot and cold water inlets.
• PRESSURE-FEED SYSTEMS feature a single injector valve for both soap and wax solutions. Provides accurate proportioning of soap and wax concentrations.
• GRAVITY-FEED SYSTEMS feature stainless holding tanks with float valves for uninterrupted water supply.
• PRESSURE GAUGES: Stainless case, Glycerin-filled gauges for accurate readings of output pressure.
• HOUR METER: Ideally suited for indication of pump system running time for maintenance and service requirements.
• BALANCED PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE: Allows for the use of trigger guns as well as protecting the system against damage from excessive pressures.
• HEAVY STEEL or STAINLESS STEEL FRAME: Constructed with adjustable levelers on each leg. Steel has baked blue enamel paint.
• DIMENSIONS: BENCH MODELS: Height is 34". Overall height is 62". Depth is 29". Width on single bay is 22". Double bay width is 44".
