Heavy duty design and excellent wind performance with a tip and roll base. Easy to move from location to location or when operations are closed. Base is weather and impact resistant, gray polyethylene and can be filled up to 7 gallons of water, sand or anti-freeze ballast.

Base dimensions are 6-1/2" H x 25" W x 26" D. Aluminum poster frames are 28" x 44" in black or silver.
