These Pipe Thread Sealants are a soft-set, slow drying sealer which seals, lubricates, and protects threaded pipe and fittings. They are recommended for a wide range of applications including threaded PVC, CPVC, polyethylene, galvanized steel, iron, copper brass, aluminum, stainless steel and fiberglass reinforced pipe.

Conforms to TT-S-1732 1/2 Pint Brush Top Can. Slow dry, soft set & non-seizing. Breaks out easily without damaging threads. Brushable to 20 Deg. F.

Temperatures: -50 Deg. F. to +400 Deg. F. Pressure Range: Gasses to 2,600 PSI; Liquids to 12,000 PSI. Note: May require up to 48 hour set-up time before usage on some applications .

No. 21 BlackJack Sealer is BLACK in color.
No. 5 Sealer is LIGHT YELLOW in color.

Recommended service applications include: compressed air, anhydrous ammonia, LPG, diesel fuel, gasoline, hydraulic oils, kerosene and potable water.

Not Recommended for Acid Based Products.
