Heavy Duty Soil Probes are designed with high quality allow steel that resists bending or bowing. Sturdy 11" handles are 1" diameter and easy to grip. Shaft and tip are threaded for easy replacement if ever needed. Available in 3/8" round or 3/8" hex design, (hex rods are approximately 20% stiffer that round rods). Heat treated tips create a clearance opening that reduces resistance on the shaft. Models are shown in the most popular 42" or 48" sizes but other lengths are available. Available in insulated or uninsulated rods.
