![]() Direct Drive Gear Reduction Plunger Pumps
CAT Gear Reduction Pump Units are designed to mount-up directly to gasoline engines. Eliminates the need for belts, pulleys and belt guards. Gearbox design (ratio of 2.0384:1) allows pumps to run at normal RPM.
All pumps shown are "Triplex Plunger" design. These pumps feature ceramic plungers for long life and abrasion resistance. Triplex design provides low pulsation and quiet operation. Internally lubricated and cooled packings for extended life. The gearbox on each unit features hardened steel helical gears for smooth, quiet operation. Totally sealed housing provides independent gearbox lubrication. Model 3CP1120G: Pressures to 2200 PSI @ 3.5 GPM. Drive design is for a 5 to 7 HP gas engine with 3/4" keyed shaft.
