Unitized Valves. Easily serviced. Valves are heat treated and seats are roller burnished to provide a tight seal and extended valve life.
Continuously Lubricated Dual Packing System. Keeps packings cool by recycling water back into system. Pre-loaded packings eliminate need for external gland adjustment and greasing.
Solid Ceramic Plunger. Extremely hard, won't score. Precision micron finish produces excellent seal, reduces wear on packings.
Replaceable Piston Guides. Made of Teflon, graphite and bronze alloy to prolong crankcase life.
Cast Aluminum Crankcase. Large capacity means better lubrication for long life operation.
Connecting Rods. Large, full contact rods result in lower bearing pressure and added strength.
Tapered Roller Bearings. Oversized to evenly distribute load for longer, more quiet bearing life.
