Baffle Balls excel at suppressing surges in mobile liquid tanks. Surge tests have demonstrated that the correct number of Baffle Balls in a liquid tank will significantly reduce liquid surge, even with an abrupt vehicle stop. Eliminating liquid surge effects improves safety, reduces vehicle drive train stress, and provides longer tank life. 15-3/4" diameter balls will fit into 16" tank openings.

Constructed of High-Strength Polyethylene (UV Stabilized). 1/8" thickness and structural ribbing provides high strength & durability. Holes shown so Liquid displacement in tank is only 1.5%. Two piece interlocking construction-will UPS. Quick installation.

To calculate number of Baffle Balls required, Multiply 0.075 x Gallons in Tank.

Note: Not recommended for agitating wettable powder solutions or for tanks requiring complete washout when switching chemical solutions (Fluid retention only 1.5 fluid ounces per ball).
