Series A1204 Because of it's unique angle inlet design has an extremely high capacity filling rate. The A1204 Series are the only anhydrous ammonia valves on the market that capitalize on this superior design. The A1204 is also an excellent vapor return or a liquid withdrawal valve.

THESE 1200 SERIES VALVES FEATURE:
• Stainless steel stem - Precision ground & polished.
• Ductile iron body - 400 PSI WOG.
• Field proven nylon seat in swivel poppet retainer.
• Teflon stem packing. Positive seal.
• All steel excess flow check for use with NH3 and additives.
• Every valve pressure tested after assembly.
• All 1200 Series parts are interchangeable.

Notes:

Liquid fill rates obtained with complete hose assemblies so as to duplicate actual operating conditions. The hose assembly includes: Loading Riser angle valve, Hose-end valve, and 12 ft. of hose with the necessary couplings.

Both the liquid and vapor withdrawal flow tests were performed with hose connected to valve using standard Acme Couplings as to duplicate actual field conditions for a clean hose break. Liquid tests were performed using a 1-5/8" I.D. dip tube.
