Multi-Purpose Automatic Rate Control System With A Wide Range of Applications

Micro-trak's RoadMaster™ is a multi-purpose automatic rate control system with a wide range of applications. The RoadMaster™ is ground speed oriented so it keeps you on rate regardless of speed changes. Programmable with up to (3) different application rates, the system also allows for "on the fly" rate changes. Includes (3) Lane Switches (left, center & right) so you can spray single or multiple lanes while staying on rate. Highway maintenance uses include: liquid de-icer and anti-icers, roadside spray products, and dust control agents. The RoadMaster™ is also ideal for turf maintenance applications of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and fertilizer. Raise your profitability and success by maintaining precise application rates of these valuable products.

01590 Kit includes Complete Controller with mounting bracket, 15' power harness, 25' main harness. Works with a wide variety of Micro-Trak flow meters, control (regulating) valves and speed sensors (common ones used for De-icing/Anti-icing shown below).

Available also in PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) version.

Blast Switch
Allows pre-settable, high rate timed application of product on bridge decks, intersections, etc. Blast can also be initiated optional external switch or optional wireless remote.

Keylock Switch
Supervisor lockout switch prevents unauthorized changes to calibration settings or data counters.

Built-In Alarm Messages
Flash on display if speed or flow signal is lost or tank level is low.

Built-In Audible Alarm
Alerts operator to rate errors +/- 10%, Low Tank Level or Empty Tank (If using Optional Tank Switch).

Emergency Stop
Automatically shuts down automatic operation if flow signal is lost.
