6000 Series Large Hose Reels

Manual & 12-Volt Power Rewind

Hannay 6000 Series hose reels are designed for large amounts of 3/4" through 3" hose. The 6000 series hose reels are available in either manual hand crank or power rewind configurations. Hand crank models come with a pinion brake while 12-volt electric rewind models feature a comet brake (24VDC, 15VAC, Air & Hydraulic drive options also available). These large hose reels feature 90° ball bearing swivel FPT inlets and FPT riser outlets in sizes shown. Inlet swivel, riser outlet, and drum are all steel. 6000 series hose reels are pressure rated up to 1,000 PSI and can handle temperatures up to 250° F. Aflas seals are standard. Great for fuel dispensing, spray operations, sewer cleaning, water transfer/blasting, and other industrial applications.

6000 Series power rewind hose reels are supplied with 12-volt switch and solenoid (shipped loose).

Note: 6000 Series shipped Standard in "RT" configuration: Motor & inlet on right, top wind. RB, LT & LB configurations are also available.
