Continental NH3 Products has been manufacturing NH3 equipment, such as valves, couplings and fittings for over fifty years. Continental NH3's commitment to high quality products means they are the best in the business when it comes to Anhydrous Ammonia.
All Continental NH3 valves are air-tested at 350 PSI minimum, and are made from ductile iron and stainless steels, with Nylon, Buna, Teflon and Neoprene seals. This ensures compatibility with anhydrous ammonia. Likewise, Continental's ACME fittings are specifically manufactured for NH3 use in the agricultural industry, with zinc-plated steel and aluminum construction. Continental couplers have a ductile iron body with stainless steel interiors to eliminate rust and corrosion, and reduce struggle with disconnecting/reconnecting. Continental's MeterMatics are designed to greatly improve application accuracy, and are built to be almost completely interchangeable - there is only two parts not able to be switched between the C-2500 and C-4100 series.
