Baldor Reliance
Standard Motors, C-Face Motors and Washdown Motors
As a brand of Baldor Electric Company, Baldor Reliance was created when Reliance Electric was acquired by Baldor in 2007. They manufacture a variety of single phase and three phase engines, which range from .5 HP to 70 HP. Reliance Electric had been manufacturing motors for more than 100 years, Baldor for 75, and both companies had strong reputations in the industrial market. After more than seven years of being part of the ABB group, Baldor Electric was integrated into ABB in March 2018.
Baldor Reliance engines are designed to meet or exceed energy efficient requirements in the US, Canada and Mexico, and are typically designed with robust, heavy gauge steel construction and greaseable bearings and foot mount bases. Frequently used as drivers for pumps, fans, machinery and more. Pumps are single or three phase and standard or C-Face. ODP, explosion-proof and extreme duty motors are also available.
