Matryx Air Actuator for 2" through 3" Butterfly or Ball Valves

Direct-Mount, Matryx Air Actuators for Butterfly or Ball Valves. Double-Acting, Sliding Vane Design. Direct mounting feature eliminates costly brackets and couplings. This design also reduces overall height of valve assemblies. Only one moving part means more reliable operation. Simple O-ring seal is easy to replace. External stroke adjustment for both directions.

Model MX60 is designed for 2", 2-1/2" and 3" Valves. Shaft receptacle is 9/16" x 3/8" for mounting to Keystone butterfly valves. Stroke adjustment is 75 Deg. minimum and 112 Deg. maximum.

• Maximum pressure is 120 PSI.
• Temperature range is 0 Deg. to 225 Deg. F.
• Normal stroke time is from 4 seconds to not less than 1 second.
• Construction is of light-weight, aluminum diecasting.
• Coating is alkyd enamel.
• Operating media is air or any non-corrosive gas.
