    Soft-Set Thread Sealant, Teflon, 1/2 Pint.

    Non-Hardening Sealant

    Gasoila Soft-Set Thread Sealer is a soft-setting, non-toxic Teflon-based sealer paste. Gasoila soft-set pipe thread sealant with Teflon provides a positive seal on threads, joints, fittings hoses, nozzles, hydraulic fittings, plugs, couplings and more. Designed not to harden once applied, this thread sealer remains pliable even in cold temperatures and allows thread/joint connection adjustments without significant rework. The Teflon thread sealer can be used with brass, copper, stainless steel, CPVC, PVC, nylon, polyethylene, and polypropylene in a wide array of applications. However, this non-hardening thread sealant is not for use with oxygen.

    Gasoila non-hardening sealant has excellent resistance to solvents, kerosene, diesel, propane, butane, LPG, ammonia, most acids, steam, compressed air, and gasoline blends up to 20%. Temperature rated from -100° F to 600° F and pressures up to 10,000 PSI for liquids and 3,000 PSI for gases. Sold in 1/2-pint cans with brush applicator.

    Temperature Ranges: -100 Deg. to +600 Deg. F.

    Pressure Ranges: 10,000 PSI, 250 PSIG steam at 400 Deg. F.
