Operating your 200 series hydraulic sprayer pumps without replacing worn out, damaged, or broken motor seals and components can lead to poor spray performance, further mechanical delays, and additional repair costs. Having several key replacement parts for your Ace centrifugal pumps such as this hydraulic motor repair kit can therefore keep you spending more time in the field and less time in the shop making repairs.

All parts listed are designed to work with 200 Series hydraulic driven centrifugal pumps, offering OEM replacements. Hydraulic motor repair kits for Ace 200 pump motors include:

(1) 40153 – Seal Cartridge
(1) 42044 – O-ring, Coasting Check
(2) 41850 – O-ring, Housing Seal
(1) 42030 – Thread Seal, Needle Valve

Note: The S200 Seal Support Spacer is required to retrofit new style seals into 200 Series Ace Pump motors produced prior to June 2002 (feature quad ring seal). S200 Seal Support is not included in kit and must be bought separately.
