Manntek dry disconnect adapters are constructed from high-quality aluminum that is designed to withstand the rigors of demanding work environments related to the petroleum and chemical transfer operations. Manntek dry quick disconnect adapters are made for quick, spill-free connection and disconnection of hoses and pipelines for time-saving operation. Each Manntek aluminum dry disconnect adapter is built with an aluminum poppet, stainless steel internals, and a conical valve seat that reduces the risk of "piston blow out." Adapters feature PTFE bearings to reduce piston seizure. FKM seals standard. Manntek dry disconnect couplings are a reliable, made-to-last solution for loading and unloading crude oil from rail cars or tank trucks and can be used within other product transfer applications. Also used for pharmaceuticals, liquid soaps, ag chemicals, and other common caustic fatty acids. Rated up to 230 PSI.
