Rice Lake's 920i® FlexWeigh Systems combine the power and versatility of the 920i interface with the simplicity and strength of the FlexWeigh control panel – turning operators' tedious and inefficient manual measurement tasks into fully automated weighing processes. Flexweigh systems are pre-designed, factory programmed, and ready to weigh out of the box to accommodate sets of commonly performed tasks including single-ingredient filling, loss-in-weight filling, bulk weigh filling, and multi-ingredient batching.

The 920i Flexweigh 101 Basic Filler System is designed for single-product applications where repeated filling to the same weight is desired. Operators simply place an empty free-standing container on the scale, initiate command to automatically fill the container to a preset weight, and then remove the full container before repeating the process. Model 199060 includes additional Manual/Auto and Jog switches for greater fill control preference and top-off capability.
