Batch Buster Soft Wash Valve with Mixing Scale, 1/2IN and 1IN Ports

A ball valve that is designed specifically for soft wash applications. This heavy duty valve features an easy-to-use rate mix scale, interchangeable 1/2" and 1" FPT union adapters, PVC body and chemical resistant Viton® seals.

Unique mixing scale is designed for the industry standard of 12% Hypochlorite and your water valve full open. Turn Batch Buster handle to 4.5 and you have 4-1/2% mix, turn to 1.5 and you have 1-1/2% mix. Range is from 1% to 6%.

Valve comes with 1/2” inlet fittings for standard flow rates and 1” inlet fitting for higher flow applications.

Valve body features bottom screw ports for mounting to any flat surface. Handle plate can be easily removed for mounting of actuators if needed.
