Dry Break Nipple, Flush Face, 1" FPT, Stainless Steel

Pioneer FS Series dry-disconnect nipples virtually eliminate fluid loss during disconnection and enable easy reconnection. These quick connect chemical transfer nipples are designed to meet the rigorous of demands of closed transfer systems and ensure minimal environmental contamination (0.250 Spill mL). The push-to-connect design and flush-face valves of these Pioneer quick couplings allows for easy use and cleaning.

These non-spill nipples are constructed of 316 stainless steel that is built to withstand the rigors of prolonged operation and chemical compatibility with many pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and industrial chemicals. The nipples feature 316 stainless steel internal springs and Viton® seals. Transfer nipples are date coded for removal before date shown. Great for agriculture IBCs, chemical dispensing systems, pulp and paper, closed system transfers, lawn and garden applications, water systems, and more!

Stainless steel dry-break couplings are rated to 2,000 PSI @ 68° F. Operating temperature between -15° and 400° F. Rated flow of 50 GPM at 20 psi.
