Why should I sign in?

How do I sign in?

Signing In on dultmeier.com requires that you have previously registered your Customer ID Number, email address and password on dultmeier.com. If you have not yet registered and would like to do so, Click here.

If you are new to Dultmeier, the first time you place an order we will issue you a Customer ID Number that you may use to register your password protected account on dultmeier.com.

I can't find the item I'm looking for. What should I do?

What is Catalog Quick Order?

Catalog Quick Order is for use by customers who know their Dultmeier part numbers and are ready to order without searching and selecting items individually via browsing the website. Anyone may use this feature at any time by entering a quantity and Dultmeier Sales catalog part number in the fields provided.

First please check your email program's "spam" or "junk" folders for emails from dultmeier@dultmeier.com. You can prevent valid emails from ending up in the spam or junk folders by adding dultmeier@dultmeier.com to your email program's address book.

When you place an order with Dultmeier Sales you should receive two emails, the first is a summary of the order you placed with us, the second is a confirmation that your order has been shipped. Shipping confirmation emails for orders that have shipped via UPS will usually contain tracking information.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

When your online order is received it is reviewed by one of our sales representatives. We check the order over and calculate an estimate of shipping costs based on the size & weight of your item(s). If we find that an item is going to incur unusual shipping costs (heavy or very large items) we will contact you to notify you of the shipping costs before we proceed with the order.

Note: If you would like a firm freight quote or require a lift gate at the time of delivery or other special requirements, please note them in the special instructions box at the time of checkout or Contact Us.

How can I track an order?

If we have a valid email address on file for you, at the time your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will display your shipment's UPS tracking number(s). Shipments by truck or drop shipments will not display tracking numbers in the shipping confirmation email. Click here if you are not receiving shipping confirmations to your email address.

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

Dultmeier ships Monday through Friday only. Dultmeier does not ship product on the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. If a National Holiday listed above falls on a weekend, Dultmeier will be closed the Friday prior to the weekend.

Where do I find my Customer ID Number / Account Number

If you have ordered from Dultmeier previously, your Customer ID Number can be found on Shipping Confirmation Emails, Invoices and Packing Lists. If we have mailed you a catalog, your customer number may be on the back outside cover. Otherwise, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-888-677-5054 between 7.30 a.m. & 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday - Friday, we are happy to help out!

New customers are assigned a customer number when we process your first order. Shipping Confirmation Emails, Invoices and Packing Lists will all display your new customer number which you will need to register your account the first time you place an order on dultmeier.com.

How do I apply for an Open Account with Dultmeier Sales?

Click on the Forms link under the "Resources" section of the navigation bar that you see at the top of every page. Fill out and submit the Commercial Account Application Form for review by our Accounting Dept.

Please note that you may always order any time by using your credit card.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Go to Your Account and select Forgot your Password? You will need to enter your customer number and we will send an email with your password to the email address you used to register your account on dultmeier.com

If you do not know what your sign in information is, please Contact Us and we will reset your sign in information. If your account has been reset and you need set up new sign in information, please click here.

How do I change my password?

Go to Your Account and Sign In. On the left side of the "Your Account" page you will see "Account Administration". Select Change Your Password and enter the new password you would like to use. Please record your password.

How do I update or change my email address?

Go to Your Account and Sign In. On the left side of the "Your Account" page you will see "Account Administration". Select Change Your E-Mail Address and enter the new email address you would like to use when you sign in to dultmeier.com.

If I don't own a business - will you still sell to me?

To protect our distributor network, Dultmeier only sells to other businesses.

How do I return an item(s)?
