    Hot Water Heaters, Natural Gas-Fired

    Stand Alone Hot Water Heaters are designed to be used with cold water pressure wash equipment to convert them to hot water cleaning machines. Also ideal for hot water sewer jetting. Creates instant hot water up to 195° F., (depending on incoming water temperatures). Rated for high pressure as shown below. Simply run a hose from your wash equipment to the heater and then connect a hose to your wand, nozzle or reel. Flow switches control burners when trigger gun is pulled or released. Oil-Fired Units have 120 volt or 12 volt burners. (Uses #1 Diesel or Kerosene). LP Gas-Fired or Natural Gas-Fired Units have 24 volt burners.

    Note: Cabinet enclosed oil-fired units are available from 400,000 to 1,000,000 BTUs.

    Standard Features Include:
    • Schedule 80 welded steel heating coils are structurally braced to reduce vibration and pipe wear. (Schedule 160 or stainless coils are also available)
    • Coils are sealed with a ceramic blanket and enclosed in a stainless steel housing
    • Burners are activated and controlled by flow switches
    • High limit switch and adjustable thermostats are also included
    • NEMA 4, Watertight control panels
    • Industrial grade frames are fully welded and feature powder-coated, painted finish
    • Oil-fired units are ETL and CSA rated
    • LP and Natural Gas units are ETL rated
    • All models are pre-plumbed, prewired and ready-to-use.
