In-Plant High Pressure Wash Systems are designed for industrial ap-plications that require 24 hour. On Demand Cleaning Capabilities. Many flow options are shown, but nearly any requirement can be met, no matter how large or small. Customs Systems available to meet specific needs.

All units feature continuous-duty, 3 phase, TEFC motors in 208-230 volt (460 volt available). Electrical panels are Nema 4 watertight design with automatic stop/start and time delay (Units can be started or stopped with the trigger wand).

Standard Features:

Heavy duty, Triplex Plunger pumps matched to flow requirements
Adjustable pressure regulator valves
Powder-coated, heavy-duty, welded steel frames and belt guards
Pressure gauges
Nema 4 control panel with automatic stop/start (VFD or PLC drive options are available if required.
460 Volt Motors are Available If Required.

All systems are skid mount and pre-wired, pre-plumbed and ready for system hook up.
