    A unique blend of wetting agents that penetrates road film quickly and prepares the car for the main soap cycle. This is a Neutral product so it's safe for all vehicles. Rinses freely. Can also be used as a bug cleaner. Excellent results when followed by a high pH soap such as 100PW. Sold in 5 gallon pails. Mix Ratio: 70 to 1 and apply.
