Safety Extension Couplings & Adapters with Integral Shear Check-Lock

Improve safety with these unique extension couplings and adapters for NH3. When the extension coupling is disconnected from the adapter, the built-in check valve in the adapter snaps shut so that NH3 flow stops from the nurse tank valve. The adapter also includes a weakened shear plane that is designed to shear off between 400-600 lbs. of force which also closes the built-in check valve. The Bell Adapter reduces 1-1/4" to 1" MPT for use with 1" FPT valves.
