Vehicle Side Blast & Top Rinse System

Drive-Through High Pressure Rinse Systems are a great way to clean vehicles or machinery. Protect your vehicle investments and increase vehicle life. Pump units are activated by thru-beam photo eyes when vehicles enter the rinse bay and shut-off as vehicles leave. No need to leave the vehicle.

Spinning Stabilizer Nozzles are standard on all cleaning pans and feature high impact cleaning with excellent coverage for a variety of cleaning needs. Pre-spray or presoak chemical systems are also available if needed. Call for information.

Spray Pans for side blast and top rinse system are supported by 7 ft. stainless support stands that are to be permanently mounted in the bay based on your vehicle size requirements. Effective coverage is 38" when mounted 36" from vehicle.

SBR271000 Side Blast / Top Rinse Systems are rated to 27 GPM @ 1000 PSI and features a 20 HP / 3 Phase pump/motor unit mounted on a stainless baseplate with stainless belt guard, pressure regulator, (2) stainless steel rotating side blast pans, (2) stainless steel rotating top/side rinse pans, (2) stainless steel pan support stands and (1) photo eye activation set with stainless bay stands. High impact stabilizer nozzles are included in all pans.

Swiss Engineering & Quality on All Pan Units
High pressure feed lines from pumps to bays are available, but not included as distance from pump station to wash pans will vary by location.
