    Vehicle Undercarriage Rinse System, 20 GPM @ 1000 PSI, 15 HP, 3 Phase, 480V

    Complete Above Ground Design

    20 GPM, 1000 PSI, 15 HP / 3 Phase Models are ideal for Large Fleet Vehicles and over-the-road trucks.

    All Units are Photo Eye Activated and are designed for permanent locations where vehicles will drive through the cleaning process. Pumps are automatically activated when vehicles "break" the photo eye beam and then shut down when the vehicle has left the cleaning ramp. Note: Systems electrical panels are designed to be manually activated if photo eyes are not needed or required. All systems include belt drive pump/motor unit, NEMA 4X electrical panel, stainless steel spray ramp, stabilizer nozzles, rotating swivel arms, photo eyes, stands and connector fittings. Electrical panels are available in either 230 volt or 480 volt 3 phase primary voltage with 24 volt secondary voltage.

    Note: High pressure supply lines from pump station to rinse ramp and/or wheel blasters are not included as these will vary with each location. 1/2" or 3/4" high pressure feed lines can be supplied if needed

    Above Ground,Under Carriage Rinse Systems from Dultmeier Sales are designed for high pressure rinsing and cleaning the underside of trucks, vans, cars, fleet vehicles, 18 wheelers, DOT vehicles and more. Removes dirt, salt, debris and extends the life of your vehicles. Also reduces service and safety checks on over-the-road transport vehicles and trucks.

    Systems feature a unique Stainless Ramp unit that allows for permanent mounting in almost any location or application, (ramp can be moved if needed). Complete pump/motor packages are standard with photo eye activated electrical panels.

    All units come with high flow "Stabilizer Nozzles" which greatly enhance impact and cleaning ability and can effectively clean 4 to 5 feet from the ramp surface. Ramp dimensions are 104" wide x 67" long x 5" high on 10 and 20 GPM systems. For systems with side wheel well cleaners they are 200" wide x 67" long x 5" high.

    Models UC101000-OTC andUC221000-OTC are complete 10 GPM or 20 GPM above ground, under carriage systems, 230 volt or 480 volt available. Photo eye activation.

    Note: Photo eyes and stands must be mounted near the undercarriage ramp. 50' power cord is included and must be protected and run from photo eye units to electrical panel.
