Wafer Check Valves, 3", Right Hand External Spring and Lever

The SDX Series from Champion Valves is a quality wafer check valve with an external spring and lever for manual override. Angular shape of the inlet port accelerates the media through the valve. Conical Disc angle and convex profile allows fluid to travel faster around the disc. External Spring & Lever Assembly is standard in righthand but available in lefthand orientation, as well. The adjustable tension spring allows for additional external force to assist in valve closure. Additionally, it allows adjustment setting of the cracking pressure. The lever on the Champion Valves SDX Model provides visual indication of disc position and allows for manual operation of the valve disc – an example being in back flush applications.

• Low cracking pressures
• Available Body Material: Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel, 304SS, or 316SS
• Available Seats: EPDM, Buna-N, Viton®, Teflon®, Silicone, Neoprene®, and 316SS (except Ductile Iron Body)
• Class 150# on 316SS Bodies and Class 125# on Ductile Iron Bodies
• Temperature Rating Varies on Seat Material (EPDM Rated to 300°F & Viton® rated to 400°F)

• Serrated-Raised Face is Standard but Plain Face Available
