    Washout Systems

    Ideal for Applications that Require High Volumes of Clean Wash / Rinse Water

    Pumping Systems designed for high flow rates at moderate pressures. Ideal for washout and cleaning of livestock trailers, tank trucks, delivery vehicles and any other applications that require high volumes of clean wash/rinse water.

    Trailer Washout units are rated to 24 GPM and 450 PSI and have the following
    Features:
    • Single or three phase motors with manual stop/start controls
    • Stainless steel baseplate and belt guard
    • Belt tightener
    • High flow pressure regulator
    • 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor
    • Double groove pulleys with cog belts 100' of 3/4" wash hose
    • Adjustable pattern spray wand
    • Pre-plumbed and ready for hookup, (motors and starters must be wired to your power source).

    Systems can be direct fed or water can be supplied from an optional supply tank. (Various hose reels, supply tanks and catch basins are available, but not included).
