Ace’s Pro 5 Series Hydraulic Driven Centrifugal Pumps are engineered with advanced features for improved reliability, enhanced performance, and added protection against costly downtime. Designed with high-efficiency, close-coupled hydraulic motors, Pro 5 Series centrifugal pumps are constructed of high-quality cast iron coated with black epoxy coating (E-coating) or 316 stainless-steel for exceptional corrosion resistance. Built with high-efficiency close-coupled gear motors, stainless steel shafts, and thermoplastic impellers with stainless steel hubs. Ace Pro 5 pumps also feature larger sealed bearings for increased pump longevity and a greater number of interchangeable components – meaning fewer unique repair parts to have on hand. These Ace hydraulic driven centrifugal pumps are available in a wide range of suction/discharge port sizes and flowrates. Pulse width modulation (PWM) control valve options are available for 206 & 304 motor sizes.

FMCSC Models feature a severe-duty silicon carbide seal that resists scratching from abrasive materials & a stationary face with O-ring seat which transfers heat into the casting to improve seal integrity during short run-dry events.

FMCWS Models incorporate Ace Pump’s Oasis™ Double Wet Seal technology to isolate seals from abrasive/corrosive materials & prevent run-dry failure of any length.
