Chemical Mix and Dispenser System, Water Driven, Self-Serve Panel, 2 Bay Solenoids, 50:1 to 500:1, 24 Volt

Dosatron Water Driven Chemical Mix and Dispenser Systems are designed to maintain precise chemical mixtures to self-serve bays, automatics or tunnel washes. Unique design does not require any Electrical power to produce mixtures, (24volt or 110volt are required for air chemical solenoids). Chemical injection and mixing occur when water flows through the Dosatron Valve and mix ratios remain constant regardless of changes in pressure or water flow.

Self-Serve Panels are ideal for Foaming of Low pressure Pre-soak, Tire or Engine Cleaners, Waxes, Protectants, Bug spray and Foam Brush applications. Available from 1 to 8 bays. Mix ratios are adjustable from 50:1 to 500:1 but other ratios available if required. Air and chemical solenoids are 24volt.

Space saving design on all panels. Pre-plumbed, pre-wired and ready for hookup. All systems include D14MZ injectors, Inlet water filter, bypass ball valve, water and air regulators with gauges, air solenoids and or chemical solenoids, 2ft x 3ft back panel. Just run water to the inlet fitting and drop the injector hose into your concentrated chemical pail. Modular design allows for one water supply to feed multiple panels for different chemicals and applications as needed. Viton Seals are standard.
